At Growth hing, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established this refund policy to provide clarity on our approach to refunds and cancellations.
This policy applies to all coaching services, programs, and digital products purchased through our website at growthhing.com or directly from Growth hing.
By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
Individual Coaching Sessions
Cancellation
For individual coaching sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule (one-time accommodation).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion based on circumstances.

No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice ("no-show"), you will be charged the full session fee, and the session will be considered used.
Lateness
If you are late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. We cannot extend sessions to accommodate late arrivals, as this impacts other scheduled clients.
Coaching Packages & Programs
Satisfaction Guarantee
For our multi-session coaching packages (3 or more sessions):
- If you are not satisfied after your first session, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your package within 7 days of the first session.
- To be eligible for this refund, you must attend the first scheduled session and submit your refund request in writing, including specific feedback about why the service did not meet your expectations.
- The first session fee and any administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Before Program Start
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a coaching program before it begins:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the program start date will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation After Program Start
Once a coaching program has started:
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions within the program.
- In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or family emergency), we may offer credit toward future services or the option to transfer your enrollment to a later program date, at our discretion.
- If you wish to discontinue a program after it has started, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused sessions, less a 20% administrative fee, based on management approval and the specific circumstances.
Digital Products & Online Courses
Downloadable Products
Due to the digital nature of these products:
- Once a digital product has been downloaded or access credentials have been provided, no refund will be issued.
- If you have not downloaded the product or accessed the materials, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Online Courses
For our online courses:
- We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase or the course start date, whichever is later.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed no more than 20% of the course content and submit your request in writing with specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations.
- After the 14-day period or if you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refunds will be issued.
Group Workshops & Events
Cancellation by Participant
For workshops, seminars, and group events:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another person or credited toward a future event (minus a transfer fee).
Cancellation by Growth hing
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event:
- Participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to the rescheduled date or an alternative event.
- We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants in relation to a canceled event.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide as much advance notice as possible for any cancellations or changes.
Payment Plans
For clients utilizing payment plans for our services:
- If you cancel after making one or more installment payments, any refund will be calculated based on the total program cost, not just the amount paid to date.
- If you have received more services than you have paid for at the time of cancellation, you will be responsible for payment for services received based on our standard rates.
- Discontinuing a payment plan does not automatically cancel your enrollment in a program. You must follow the cancellation procedures outlined in this policy.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside the terms of this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Documentation may be required to substantiate claims of special circumstances.
For clients facing unexpected financial hardship, we may offer alternative arrangements such as payment plans or service credits rather than monetary refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your full name, the service or product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant supporting documentation if applicable
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process valid refund requests within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will typically be processed as follows:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days to reach your account
- Other payment methods: Processing times may vary
Please note that your financial institution's policies may affect the actual time required for funds to appear in your account.
