Coaching Services

Service Description

Growth hing provides professional coaching services focused on personal and professional development. Our services may include but are not limited to executive leadership coaching, business growth coaching, career transition coaching, mindset coaching, and team performance coaching.

Booking and Scheduling

Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our Website, by email, or by phone. Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment unless other arrangements have been made.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary, and we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Being on time for scheduled sessions
• Actively participating in the coaching process
• Completing any agreed-upon actions between sessions
• Providing honest feedback about the coaching process
• Making payments in accordance with agreed terms

Professional Boundaries

Payments and Fees

Pricing

Our coaching service fees are as published on our Website or as quoted directly to clients. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, but changes will not affect services already purchased.

Payment Methods

Billing Cycles

For one-time services, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. For ongoing coaching programs, payment may be structured as a one-time payment or in installments as agreed upon in your coaching agreement.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of services. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts as specified in your coaching agreement.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

Materials Provided During Coaching

All materials, including worksheets, assessments, recordings, and other resources provided during coaching sessions, remain the intellectual property of Growth hing. User Content

By submitting any content to our Website (such as testimonials, comments, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
